Loved the free WiFi, saved me from social media withdrawal. The garden was perfect for pretending I have green thumbs. Free parking was a bonus, especially for someone like me who hates walking.
No downstairs toilet or en suite, because who needs convenience in a holiday home?

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely property near the sea. The house was beautifully decorated and furnished, and the sunny, south-facing garden was a great bonus. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding, and I appreciated the thoughtful extras like wine, milk, and a cake left in the fridge. The house had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including picnic supplies, books, games, and helpful information about the area. I had a wonderful experience at Seair Villa and would definitely recommend it.

I had an amazing stay at this lovely house in Rustington. The value for money was great and the rooms were really comfortable. The location in a typical English residential area was lovely, and it was only a short 5-minute walk to the English Channel. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming, responding quickly to emails and making sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely book this place again for a vacation in the region.
Breakfast delights would have been even better with a wider variety of options.
